Marketing Intelligence

A years-deep newsletter archive mined for what the market is actually saying.

Marketing Intelligence

A large newsletter/promo archive mined with DuckDB, AI and rules to reveal what the market is actually saying, over years.

Everyone's inbox contains a market survey nobody reads. Years of newsletters, launches, promos, positioning statements and price changes from the vendors and voices in your field — arriving one at a time, each forgettable, collectively a record of how an entire market talked about itself over a decade. As a stream it's noise. As a structured archive it's a dataset almost nobody bothers to build.

Read across it and different questions become answerable: when did this language appear and what did it replace? Who moved first and who followed six months later? Which promises repeat every year and which quietly disappeared? What is everyone suddenly saying at once — and what does that say about where the market thinks it's going?

The honest limit: this reads what a market says, not what it does. Marketing copy is a record of intent and fashion, not of truth. That's still worth having, as long as you don't mistake the two.
